Barnsley Today Magazine is an independent publication with no connection whatsoever to any other local magazine, newspaper or company. All material is copyright of Barnsley Today magazine and is not to be reproduced without the prior permission of the editor/publisher Peter Holmes.
We do not store any debit or credit card details and we do not share any customer information or details – financial or otherwise – with any 3rd parties.
We will collect or expect delivery of all advertising information, text, pictures and graphics from our clients by the 10th day of each month preceding that in which they wish to advertise, unless prior arrangements have been made. The magazine will then be sent for editorial checks and printing of the publication will commence shortly afterwards. All advertising costs must be paid for in advance by this date. Distribution of the magazine will take place during the last week of each month prior to that of the publication issue, ie the December issue will be distributed in the last week of November. Distribution will be completed by the end of that same week. Every business or individual that has paid for an advertisement in that issue will receive a printed copy of the magazine from us.
Payments, Refunds & Cancellation Policy;
All payments for advertisements must be done on a pre-paid basis and cleared funds must be received prior to the magazine being sent to print. No refunds can be given if any advertisement is cancelled on or after the 15th day of the month preceding the month of publication. All cancellations prior to that date must be given in writing via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
